Many of my clients keep it in the fridge for the summer - & I do too! I always make an OJ first and then add the mayo and a few sprigs of parsley. When you are ready to eat, take your chicken salad out and add more fresh fruit to the bottom.
Hi! I have my own copycat recipe using most of your ingredients. If you 'd like to add one or two of your own, use these: I used whole grain bread, tomato, avocado, cheddar, ranch and Sriracha, chopped celery and apple. I used boneless & skinless chicken breasts cut in half. I sauteeed them as I added the spices and let them cool in the pan. Once I had them temp checked, I added the chicken back into the pan and browned them. I added more veggies and, topped it off with some of my homemade ranch dressing. I'll give you my measurements for your copycat recipe.
